We are the advanced cycling training club in Rotterdam, group trainings on award-winning Wattbikes. This is a lot of value in a time-efficient manner, but a great experience as well.

WHAT DO YOU GET

90 MINUTES OF TRAINING

Not another “spinning” class. Learn and practice efficient pedalling technique and training in power/heart zones. Your data is visualised online with immediate feedback.

QUICK IMPROVEMENT AND DATA

At the session you check your power/fitness level. This data sets the baseline and the starting point for all your future trainings.

Wattbike is a unique machine

All rides are done on Wattbikes under supervision of a trainer. Wattbike is not another spinning machine — it is a best-in-class UCI-approved machine, used by the majority top world athletes.

Unique professional Wattbike class in Rotterdam is available at the cycling cafe/club Watts ‘n Coffee.

YOUR NEXT STEPS

After the intro session follow your roadmap with one of our Wattbike solutions:

— Subscribe to a WattCycling class for a regular training 1 or 2 times every week. Check our rooster with class types. Trainings are guided by a trainer.

— Want to keep it flexible? – Buy single visits and do workouts on your own (with the guidance from a Wattbike app) during off-class times.

— Join our weekly group rides (Sundays at 09:00AM) when weather permits. Follow our Strava club page for updates.

What training suits you? d’Huez is mountain-specific, Tri/Endurance suits triathletes and long-distance riders. HIT works for high-speed races, while AllRound is a mix of all above. You can also go for pay–per–visit.

    During the Watt’s introduction training we explain the basic principles of the Wattbike, training on power, the training zones and on WattCycling. During the introduction training we also do a test to determine your training zones. After training you will know whether training on the Wattbike at WattCycling is for you and which training class suits you best.
